HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

So I have a laser "HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn" for about 2 years now or more.

Although it can't be connected wirelessly to the router, I use it wirelessly indirectly through my router (it is wired to the router and I, in turn, am connected to the router wirelessly through my personal laptop.

The printer is not a touchscreen-type, but I have a specific button for for the "HP Web services"

I set the printer to have a static IP address from the router, which is 192.168.1.3, but until recently, I didn'y know that I can get through the settings of my printer just by typing the IP address on the browser. And so I did today.

The last tab is named "HP Web services", I pressed it. Two options showed, "Web services Setup" and "Proxy settings".

In the web services window I pressed the "enable" button. Whenever I press it, it starts to process showing those little dots moving in a circular motion, but it never ends.

Also, whenever I press the "HP Web services" button on the printer's control pannel, no options appear on the screen other than "Print info sheet", and this in turn prints a paper with information to how to enable the web services, which is exactly what I'm doing when I go to the 192.168.1.3 page, with no results.

So, What' the problem ? How can I have this service ?

thank you so much in advance for your help

Yours
