Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m trying to set up an HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577 for scan-to-email following the document “HP SmartCard NIPRNet Solutions for US Government using HP FutureSmart firmware.” The instructions say to access the HPRC-INC File Transfer Service page (https://ftp.usa.hp.com/hprc) to download the files (KerbosInfoCert2.exe OR KerbosInfoCert2.vbs) and (FutureSmartBackupRestore 2.0.0.3.exe).

How could I obtain a username and password?
