Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Print spooler errors and ghost all installed printers, HP and Non-HP. If HpTcpMon.dll is renamed HpTcpMonX.dll, all non HP printers become available. Unable to uninstall Hp LaserJet Service even after disabling the service.

Turns out, Windows 10 Creator Edition has a new privacy feature. I uninstalled and the printers started working
