@martinez2k

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand you are locked out of the printer and want the factory reset procedure,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you perform a factory reset using the control panel or is that locked out too?

That said, Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.

(The reason we are utilizing the private message is because the instructions are critical,

And we don't want it in the wrong hands, as the printer will be set back to factory defaults).

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!

Regards,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you need assistance in doing a factory reset on your printer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Are you able to print fine on the printer?

Please click here for the user guide of your printer.

Refer to page number 116 in the user guide to perform a factory reset on the printer.

Let me know if this helped. If the issue persists, request you provide more information on the issue you are facing.
