Product: HP 4250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Have HP 4250 with 2 trays which was working; no matter which tray I select now, same tray outputs.  In other words, I see tray selection options from the print menu but paper feed always is from the same tray.

Check and see what size the Printer thinks is in the Trays, if a size or type is wrong the machine might use a different tray.  If the size is wrong check the paper guides.

 

There should be a setting in the menus for "Use Requested Tray Exclusively".
