iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
macOS 10.15 Catalina

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) -  I Have a MFP 477fdw. Just started getting message "Unable to Print. File is corrupt:" 

1. Turned off both computer & HP LJ, unplugged, etc.

2. Rest HP LJ to factory setting.

3. Set up WiFi.

4.Tried WiFi after reset and direct connect with USB cable

5. Deleted printer off of iMac & reinstalled.

6. Printer will not print form any application....

7. Any fix for this issue?

When you unplugged the printer, did you do it with the power ON? If not, try that.

 

Perform a power reset:
First, make sure the printer is plugged straight into a wall outlet and not a power strip, surge protector or UPS.
With the printer plugged in and powered ON, disconnect the power cord from the printer. This will hopefully dissipate any electricity stored in the printer that could be hindering it.
Wait at least 30, preferably 60 seconds.
If there is a power switch, turn it to the OFF position.
Plug the power cable back into the printer.
Turn the printer ON with the power switch.
