I have a paper jam message. I have cleared the paper but the message will not clear. I have looked several times as has my son. I have turned the printer on and off. I have left the printer off overnight and it has still not cleared. I have restarted my pc and has made no difference. I can not print from the computer or the printer while this message is there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
