A new router will likely have a new IP addressing scheme that your printer and computer printer driver is not set to. You should change your printer's network settings to DHCP, if not already, to allow it to get the new IP address style that your new router uses, then print out a new configuration page to see what the new IP address is and change your computer's printer driver port setting to the new printer IP address, or simply reinstall the printer again to let the computer find the printer anew and set it up with the new settings.
