Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, you're facing a print quality issue,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Let's try these steps from the link: Click here

Step 1: Use genuine HP toner cartridges

Step 2: Check the paper

Step 3: Check the EconoMode settings

Step 4: Check print settings

Step 5: Check the toner level

Step 6: Replace a low or empty toner cartridge

Step 7: Print a cleaning page

Step 8: Inspect the toner cartridge for damage

Let me know,

Cheers!

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Hello!
This all happened after I tried to refill the cartridge with toner!
I just want to know where is the problem or what part is affected that could give me shapes like this so I can replace it.

Thanks for responding,

This seems to be a hardware issue,
