Please sir/Ma, I need your help in my printer this issues I have with the printer is double/overlap print words like colour but black print well. Thanks

Try to  calibrate three times from front panel.

If it doesn't work then from front panel  Service -> Restore Default. After that run calibration three times.

If it still doesn't work then print the Supplies Report from front panel to see if one or ones supplies level are too low needed to be replaced.

Most of the time it often means that one or ones of the four supplies has problem needed to be replaced.
