I went to go install a high yield black toner cartridge (CE260x) for my HP4025 printer and it will not fit. There is this little bitty flimsy piece of plastic that sticks out from the printer that blocks the cartridge from going into the printer. Its so flimsy it almost looks like it can be removed, but I don't want to rip it out and the printer stop working. Anyone ever seen this and know how to get the high yield catridges to work? The CE260A standard yield toner works just fine, but not the X. It says right on HP's website that the CE260X is compatible with the printer. Thanks

Can you please provide a link to the hp page which shows this toner is compatible with the CP4025. As far as I know the CP4525 which has the same engine can accept high yield X toners but the CP4025 can not. The only reference I find on the hp web site tells me the X toner is only compatible with the CP4525.

There is the link but I was able to get it. I just used a screw driver and popped the little tab off that was blocking it and it works just fine
