Hi Roldogg,
Thank you for posting the image of the defect that you are seeing, it is very helpful in trying to understand the root cause of the issue. Can you please clarify one thing. You said that you replaced the toners - were all 4 colors replaced?
It would be helpful if you could print out the following page and post these also.
- Supplies status page for Old Toner ( if you still have it ), and Windows Test Page
- Supplies status page for New Toner corresponding to the Windows test page image above

If this only started after replacing your cartridges, then you have a defective magenta toner cartridge. Replace the cartridge and contact HP or your supplier for a warranty replacement.
If this was happening with your old toner as well as the new one, that is perplexing. Try a Power Reset of the printer by unplugging the printer while it's ON. Wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it up. Test for the problem.

How do I print the supplies status page? I know I don't have this when the old toners were installed, but I might have the Windows Print Test page.
To the other poster, no, this was happening before I changed the toner cartridges and is one of the reasons why I changed them in the first place. I changed all of the except for the black one.

Hi Roldogg
If you swype left on the control panel you will see the "Supplies" icon, click on that
and then hit the report icon in the bottom left of the screen
The supplies status page should print in color.

Here you go. This is really frustrating because every time I print something for someone it has these lines down the page. I checked the roller in the back of the printer, and I saw a couple of magenta spots on it. I wiped them off with a rag, but after printing one page, they came back.

For some reason the images are not posting, can you re-upload them?

My apology that it has take a while to get back to you on this, we have been discussing this here internally to trying to eliminate what it could be. There is one further test that we would like to ask you to do. If you print the Usage Page ( Setup -> Reports -> Usage Page ) do the magenta lines still appear on the page?
If you do NOT see the issue on the usage page (mono page) then it is very likely that it is the magenta cartridge. The team here would be very interested in getting hold of the cartridges if at all possible - do you still have the old ones that were exhibiting the defect also?
