I will print about ten different lectures with 40-150 Windows PowerPoint color pictures on both side of the paper.  The first 30-40 papers work fine. Then the printer stops and shows the measure cooling down equipment. After about 5 minutes it starts again but now i will only go for 10-15 copies before it stops again  for the cooling down cycle. Five minutes again and it starts with only 4-5 copies before the stop. The printer is really burning hot on the paper tray. I open up everything that can be opened to help it cool down but it is of no help.  One hour later I can start again with the same result as described. How can I get it cooler?

Make sure your firmware is up to date, but the reality is that a printer like this is not designed to print 150 double sided color all at once. The stopping and slowing down is designed to protect the fuser from overheat failure. If the printer feels physically hot then likely there is not a problem with the printer.
