LaserJet 5500dtn

I have a HP LaserJet 5500dtn but when I print some pages, there is some extra color on the pages (both front and back). See attatched images that show the pages.
How can I fix this?

You either have a bad cartridge or a bad transfer belt. These would be the two most common causes of the issue you are seeing. We have had issues with 3rd party cartridges where the label on the shutter of the cartridge comes loose and drags on the transfer belt. Open the cartridge door and examine the cartridges and the transfer belt closely to see if you see anything out of place or anything stuck to either the belt or the drum.

Thank you for the suggestions. I looked and I saw miscoloring on the transferbelt that matches what I got on the paper.
I will check the cartridges also later.

how can I clean the transfer belt?

I have two pictures of the printer where I think the problem is. Please advice on how to clean or what to do. Both the belt and some part of the cartridges are dirty.
