How can i get return label tracking number?

I had to send back my old printer to HP and they gave me return label with replacement product.

next day i shipped back the old printer but HP they said have yet receive so i tried to find return label's tracking number but there is nothing i can find.

If you have your case number the shipping tag may be noted in the case, you could call tech support and ask. Keep in mind all returns are usually ground/cheapest service so they take a while. This is why we record the return numbers before shipping anything back to vendors.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
