I have a new HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dw just out of the box. At step 3 of installation, turning on the printer, I get the message "59.9 Error Turn off and then on." I've turned it off and on plenty of times, unplugged it, etc., nothing gets me past this error. I find nothing in the HP support site about this error or this printer (and it tells me my serial number is invalid). I've been around and around with their non-human support tools and now I need to either talk to a person or take it back to the store. How do I HP phone support about a new printer? Thanks for any help.

That worked. Thanks! One more question: I have a support case number for the problem and the store where I purchased the printer is asking me to show the information about the support case (beyond just the number). How/where can I show information about a support case? I haven't found this yet with Searches and Virtual Assistant.
