I've the administrative access code.  I need to put a pin access code on it so that no one can walk up and make copies/etc.

Please and thank you.

In the embedded web server you go to security tab, then access control and it is setup there. I am backing up my PC at the moment so I cannot post a screenshot. Will update with photo when my backups complete.

access control fs4.jpg

As shown, you go to security>access control. Once you uncheck all guest access to service it will force users to Sign in. Sign in type default is local device. The two default users types are Administrator and User. You can select which options people can access and you can also create additional user types if you want for instance to allow some users to copy in color and others not. Then you go to the bottom of the screen and add users, selecting what type of users they are and giving them a pin number. It will suggest a pin but you can make it anything you like.
