Printer stopped working after I received this error message...

This error message usually pops up when a print job is corrupted. It can also be caused by miscommunication between the spooler and the printer due to outdated firmware.

 

I request you to disconnect all the cables from the printer and leave it for 30 seconds. Just plug in the power cable, turn on the printer and check if you get the error. 

Try to clear the spool folder and clear any corrupt documents in the print queue. Then connect the printer back and try printing.
