Hi everybody,

I am trying to change printing preferences to double sided print to no avail.

when trying to get to printer’s options and supplies the only thing I can do is to load the printers web page, but the webpage asks me for ID and password which I don’t have, so it seems like I can only read the data but I can’t change it 🤷‍♂️ Is this the correct way to do that? If so where do I find my id and password number? If there is a different way, what is it?

Firstly printer ONLY supports Manual duplex (driver support provided) printing. Its specs

That means you have to print odd (or even) pages first then MANUALLY turn paper up-side-down to help printer to print even (or odd) pages.

As mentioned above, you need to install printer software and drivers first. Please download drivers from the following link and install to your computer.
