How do I print in draft quality from Mac

I have re-installed the latest driver for my Mac. When printing I don't have any option for the quality. 

The" Media & Quality" only allows me to chose the tray and size of paper.  It does not show a draft quality option.  

Early on during my ownership of this HP product (probably at least 5 years ago) it allowed me a check box for draft quality.  

Is it possible that the driver is not compatible with my Mac OSX10.11 El Capitan on my MacBook Air?

I see that you are trying to change the print quality to “draft” mode. Let’s first try the steps below to try and fix the issue:

• Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.
• Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.
• Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.
• Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.
• Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.
• Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list

• Restart your computer and then go back to System preferences – Printers and scanners.
• Click the “Add button” (+).
• Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer.
• Click “Print Using...”, and then select the name of your printer (By default “Airprint” would be selected)

Now, try and change the print quality by going to Presets – Paper type/quality. You should get the “Draft” option now.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
