Suddenly out of the clear blue, my printer refuses to print on just one side.  I have checked my settings as well as advanced settings.  This problem happened before, but then I realized I had to click on my personally created "one-sided" option.  Today, they do not work.  It will only print in duplex.  I am attaching the screenshot of the settings I am using, but for some reason the printer refuses to acknowledge them.  Screenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.png

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

If no driver fixes resolve the issue, you can also check the settings on the printer itself as it is possible to set the printers to always duplex. You will find it under copy/print settings. Below is a screen shot from a different model but it should give you an idea of where to look.

This tool you linked to says my printer is offline and can not do anything.  However, I selected the correct printer and it is not offline.

I can find no such settings on this printer using the HP app, under printers & devices, or under print settings when I attempt to print.  It appears they have done away with being able to tweak the settings in this particular model. Also I have the most up to date driver according to device manager.
