HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw and it has the double sided printing turned on by default. How can that be changed to single sided by default. I am running Windows 10 and have researched this and have made all the necessary changes according to what people have suggested. It still wants to print double sided. Am I missing something somewhere?

Can you be more specific about what you have changed. Saying I did what everyone suggested tells me nothing. Typically you do this on your PC.

Go to control panel, devices and printers,  right click the icon for the printer and from the drop down menu select printer properties. On the window that opens click advanced and then printer defaults and turn off duplex. Do the same for printer preferences on the general tab.
