How do you make Tray 2 the default printing tray? I dont want to have to load 1 paper at a time and or hit buttons on the printer everytime I need to print?  Thanks all

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I believe we can create a new preset so that we can use that preset for future print jobs. Let's try these step's:

1.) Open a document, photo, or webpage, click File, and then click Print to open the print dialog.

2.) If a Show Details button displays at the bottom of the dialog, click it to reveal all available menu options.

3.) Click Layout in the unnamed print options menu at the center of the dialog. Click Media & Quality or Paper &Quality and Select tray 2 in feed from option as highlighted in the below picture.

4.) Click the Presets menu, and then select Save Current Settings as Preset.

5.) Click Print.

Once the print job is complete, the new preset will be set as default for future print jobs until you select a new preset.

Let me know how it goes!
