Thanks for the specific instructions about using the RIGHT ARROW.

However, on my machine, the RIGHT ARROW does not light up, does not show up, is not visible, so it literally does not appear as an available option. People who are pretty savvy with using such equipment are left frustrated with such mechanical glitches, because what should be an option does not appear as an option. The RIGHT ARROW literally isn't visible.

If the user will slide around to the right of the option screen about 1/2 way down and about 3/4 of an inch away, thus mirroring the position of the (hopefully visible) LEFT ARROW, then the user can scroll through the available options by pressing/using that INVISIBLE RIGHT ARROW.

I've stuck a thin paper arrow on the screen to mark the RIGHT ARROW sweet spot to benefit other users.

I've had this 8600-911a printer for about 5 years. It has been quite satisfactory in general. However, the copy resize setting adjustment worked fine until the last several months. It comes up only to copy the original size, without any adjustments.  Sometimes, only rarely, just hitting around the screen reactivates it.

I would appreciate any help.
