Hp 4000 laserjet
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having trouble with paper feed on hp 4000 laserjet will feed 4 sheets then feeds a multiple sheet and getss a 41.5 error then a 13.xx paper jam error. Feed rollers seem to turn all the time causing a timing issue. Have replaced the grey rollers in unit and tray

It's about two.

If you put a stack of paper and want to print just only one then HP 4000 should grab only one and stop but actually it grabs one after another and both of the two papers jam which one stops nearby the exit and another one just input into HP 4000.

Most of the time it will act like what i said then you have a so called Sticky Solenoids problem and it's no big deal every HP 4000/4050 will act like that and no exception.

Take care of the Sticky Solenoids and do it well just one time and it will happen again.

There're two solenoids on HP 4000 bith of them seat at right side of HP 4000 and one for tray1 another for tray2.

The video describes how to reach the magnetic switch (solenoid switch) in a hp2500-laserprinter for to change the sticky felt. Before changing the felt, the printer sometimes was working correctly, sometimes the printings were only yellow or without color. It was also possible that words in blue ...

It was indeed the sticky solenoid , this solenoid on the HP 4000 is located at the front of the printer to the right of the paper tray. I took the whole printer apart before I actually found the solenoid but it's working now thank you
