I have a HP Officejet 6700 and I print ONLY in black & white grayscale. The other 3 cartridges are empty and the black cartridge is 2/3 full. It will not let me continue printing unless I replace a another cartridge or all 3.
What can I do to just to print in grayscale Black to allow this to happen?
“There is a quick and easy way to override this error, allowing you to continue using a refilled printer cartridge over and over.” Went to this link and this 3 in one does not have the features that were suggested state on site.

Hi,
A printer with 4 different ink cartridges MUST have all 4 ink cartridges with ink to maintain the print system, that cannot be overriden as listed below:
Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. A little ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks. This helps to prevent issues such as printhead clogs and poor print quality. There is no way to bypass this feature.
You must replace any empty ink cartridge to resume printing,
