LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577

Our IT person who setup our laserJet has left the company and set the Admin such that the Administration part of the menu is not shown (What I have looked at online for doing a factory reset).  Is there a way to reset the printer to the original settings without this access?  If not, is there another way to access the Admin functions to allow this?  I tried to reboot the printer to look for the pre-boot menu but none came up that I could see.  Any help is appreciated.

I have sent you a PM with the instructions on performing a partial clean which will clear the password.

I set the network access to 802.1X (PEAP) with blocking when failed. Other printers worked fine with this solution. But I think I have a network problem with 802.1X. So want to access the local console to clear 802.1X, but I can not log in, I need an access code, not the administrator password. What is this code? Can you help me?
