Samsung ProXpress SL-C3060FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Per instructions in printer manual, I have cleaned my entire printer interior and still am getting streaks on printed jobs. I would like to access my drum to clean it & to see if it is scratched.

How can I clean my drum and/or remove it from my printer?

Thank you for suggestions.

The DRUM on your printer is in the cartridges. The shiny roller, but theres no point on cleaning it, because technicaly it cleans itself, if it is drawing a line, the wiper blade within the toner cartridge is worn. You must replace the toner.

P.s. Is the line printing when in print mode or only copy mode?

The vertical streaks happens when I put doc on glass, when I run copy through scanner area on top of printer, and when I send job via wifi from my computer.

Thank you again for continued assistance!
