Wired or wireless connection? Was it configured and working with the computer before the router change?

Normally you just connect the ethernet wire from the printer to the back of the router.

Hi,

Connecting to a wireless network can be done using the HP Software installation.

First, restore the wireless settings as following:

1. Turn the product off.

2. Press and hold the wireless button and the cancel button, and then turn the product on.

3. Hold the buttons until all the lights blink in unison, and then release the buttons.

Next, click Start > All Apps > HP > Your printer name > Wireless Configuration.

If you cannot locate such an option, download and follow the software below by selecting the P1100w model and a wireless connection, you will be prompt to temporarily connect a USB during the setup process:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL32431/bi-80329-11/hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-...

If the software extracts but doesn't launch, browse to C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution and double-click HpSetup.exe to launch the installation
