Hi, it seems like the printer is defaulting to Duplex printing. I'm attempting to figure out a way to disable from the Web Service interface. I am only able to locate a setting called "Duplex Blank Pages" under Print > Manage Trays > General Tray Settings. The only options for that setting are "auto" and "yes" is there anyway to set this to no.

Are you sure this is not set from the print drive and not the hardware. In the reports menu on the control panel print the menu map, if this prints duplex then the printer is set in hardware to duplex. If it prints single sided then it is the driver that is forcing the duplex printing.

Hardware duplex setting should be under print defaults>output sides
