Product: COLOR LASERJET PRINTING h252DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I print color I get steaking and a pink hue - using grey scale there is excellent, clear type.  Some of  the answers suiggest clearing the toner collection unit - how do I do this?
