I need to reset my LaserJet to factory defaults. I inadvertenly activated the firewall, and now i don´t have any access to the printer. I've looked for solutions but none for the kind of my model.
Thanks

@To_Goncalves, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Follow the steps to complete the reset-
1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Open the HP Printer Assistant. From the Start menu, click All Apps, click HP, and then select the printer name.
- In the HP Printer Assistant, select Print, and then select HP Device Toolbox.
2. Click the System tab, and then click the Save and Restore page.
3. Select Restore Defaults. The printer automatically restarts.
If the issue persists, I would like to know the following-
Which firewall got activated?
What happens when you try to print?
How is the printer connected to your computer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
