I have the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw printer. I have it to where it won't print out the whole page, everything prints from the middle to the right side of the page. Then now it won't print at all. It's all connected, starts engaging to print but then cancels and won't. I've tried everything, can any one help me out? I've dumped everything and reinstalled, I've shut down and brought back up, I've unplugged and re plugged in from outlet and printer. I've reset my modem. I'm at a loss as to what is going on. Everything I have looked up and tried doesn't work.

Please help confirm if the copying effect is normal.
Also, please confirm if the Windows test page is functioning properly? Is the print preview effect normal?
Finally, please open the Control Panel - Devices and Printers - on your computer and find the printer icon.
Right click on it - Printer Properties - Port.
Find the default port and send me a picture to confirm the issue. Thank you.
