Hi Bruno,
Thank you for uploading this sample for us.
From the diagnostics page I can tell that the cyan toner cartridge is not working properly.
Do you use HP genuine toner cartridges?
Please upload a supplies page and do 3-4 color calibrations in a row.
Replacing the cyan toner would be a first step towards fixing it.
Awaiting for more input on this issue,
Cheers!

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your prompt reply, much appreciated.
All the toner cartridges are compatible. I've recommended the client to use genuine toner cartridges, but he said that they are too expensive and he had good results with compatible toners till now.
So I've performed a general servicing, removed the ITB, cleaned the brush & cleaning roller, but still same problem, yellow shadow when printing black & white documents.
You are right the cyan toner is faulty!
