I have been searching the forums for an answer, but it seems that the solution only gets delivered via PM - so hoping someone can assist.  It seems an incorrect subnet mask was entered when the printer was initially configured, and we now need to reset the printer so we can get back in to apply the correct network settings.  How can this be accomplished on the M203dw?

I would suggest doing a cold reset .

  1. With the device off, depress and hold the [Go] button.
  2. Power on the device and hold [GO] button for 20 seconds. When the ready led turns on, release the [GO] button.

From there you should be able to plug printer in via usb and re configure it.
