I am trying to remove the scan folder of an old employee who is longer with us from the list of folders to scan to, but I am having trouble finding where the option to do so is.

Hi,

Click the Ethernet or Wi-Fi icon on the top side of the printer screen, then tap Ethernet or Wireless (the middle option) and locate the listed IP address.

From the computer, browse to your printer's IP and open the Scan tab, from there select Scan to Network Folder.

from that page, you may delete any unwanted scan profile and it will be removed from the printer.
