I print a sheet it comes up with dark spot on one side, wounder if I need to replace the Drum. if that the case don't  know how to do it?

On this model of printer there is no separate drum unit. Each of the toner cartridges contains a drum unit for that color. If the defect is a single color that matches one of the cartridges, that cartridge is bad. You can look at the blue/green drum on the bottom of the cartridge to see if there is toner build up that would match the location of the defect on the paper. If the defect is a mix of colors or muddy, then the defect is more likely caused by build up of toner on the transfer belt or a faulty transfer belt.
