Hello again,
I discovered my mistake. I was not downloading the "easy" utility option. I had been selecting the first one.
I was able to install the firmware upgrade, but unfortuanately, it did not resolve the 59-F0 error code after the printer rebooted. I also have done the hardware sensor flag check that you outlined, and it seems fine.
I installed the firmware a second time; still no resolution of the error code.
Any suggestions of something else to try?
Thanks.
