Since you are using windows 7 just go to the link below and download the easy firmware upgrade which when you run the program will let you choose the printer to upgrade and you just click to upgrade. Real easy.

Hi, I did download the Firmware file, which created a .RFU file on my computer. But it won't open, and I don't see an available Run command for it.  What step am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

Hello again,

I discovered my mistake. I was not downloading the "easy" utility option. I had been selecting the first one.

I was able to install the firmware upgrade, but unfortuanately, it did not resolve the 59-F0 error code after the printer rebooted. I also have done the hardware sensor flag check that you outlined, and it seems fine.

I installed the firmware a second time; still no resolution of the error code.

Any suggestions of something else to try?

Thanks.

Problem solved. It's the new ITB. Boots up fine with the old one. Something must be wrong with the new one.

Thanks again!
