Hi everyone,
How do I power OFF the M4345? And I don't mean put it into sleep! It takes too much electricity (15Watts)!
Right now I am unplugging it... is there another option? I am afraid to break it...
Thank!
Pyrrhon

Do you thin there is a fix?
- I don't know, I don't know much of Mac's
If I plug my M4345 in the router would I have the same problem?
- Maybe not, maybe worth to try this
Meanwhile, let say I have a 500 pages PDF to print, once it is started can I unplug the printer from the computer without stopping the priting?
- Well, I reckon that this depends on the size of file you want to print and the memory the printer has.

I found it 5 minutes ago! Feeling stupid 😉
I have another question tho: when I do a copy I can set the darkness very high, but when I print from the computer it is not as dark (even tho I think I put the darkness to 8 in the installation menu)
I am looking into making the PFDs darker before printing them
Thankss !

I am not 100% sure about this model, but see there is a menu option called Toner Density. Maybe it's under:
Administration -> General Settings -> Print Quality -> Toner Density
Setting this option to darker means your printer will use more toner than usually does.
I hope this helps,
Cheers!

Once again, I seek your wisdom!
My Mac Pro (el capitan) has a tendancy to restart on its own since I plugged the printer in (ethernet, I didnt have a USB cable long enough)
MacOs downloaded the latest drivers ( I hope) when I plugged it in yesterday.

Not fixed at all! But that is the least of my worries right now...
I am now getting paper jams... mainly in the exit area.
I read a lot lot lot of ideas and instructions but there is one thing that strikes me :
If I don t print for a few hours then I can print like 60 sheets double sided... Then there is a jam in the exit area, I clean it and it happens again after 5-6 sheets, I clear, happens after 2 sheets, you get the pattern...
So I gave it a try without duplex and it printed over a 100 sheets of paper without problem until I got a paper jam in tray2 that I didnt manage to clean (paper ripped off inside)... so I don't know what to think about the duplex...
What should be my priority test??
thx!
