Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

my device LaserJet MFP M476dw allows scanning a document to a service called "HP Flow CM". It displays a login dialog but I don't know any credentials.

However I'm not able to register or login to this service. When searching the web for it I found imanage share. 

How to use this feature?

Flow CM does not exist any longer. It was an HP service similar to Dropbox, but with advanced auditing and search features. They sold the software division that produced this product a few years ago and all accounts were cancelled.

Hi Repairatrooper.

 

thanks for you reply. That's really sad. There is no information about this on any HP site. Even telephone support didn't know anything of this. This is not very customer friendly. HP should inform their customers about this cancellation. 

 

I would love to see a functionality to scan directly to my OneDrive without the need of a PC. 

 

It seems that this device is too old for something like this.
