hp 2320 fxi
Hey
I bought a used HP 2320 fxi printer. The printer printed out from the previous owner
only 8,000 pages. After checking all the options available for this model, it turned out that
the duplex is inoperable. Well, when printing this system is jamming and crushing paper. This moment follows
one side printing. The information from the seller shows that he has not used duplex for a long time. Initial prints with this system resulted in crushing and tearing the entire bottom edge of the page. After a dozen or so attempts, one page was printed on both sides (a little crumpled). However, subsequent attempts are ineffective.
Do you have an idea what could be unreliable? Is there a way to disable automatic duplexing and manual use?

In the photo attachment at the time of the paper jam.
