Product: Hp LaserJet 9050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Network printers giving Error 49.4c02.  Sometimes this issue occurs when there are too many jobs in the queue. CLearing the queue fixes this issue. However it occurs again for an unknown reason and the printer needs to be rebooted. 

We have updated the firmware and the printer dirvers but this has not fixed this issue. It seems to be occuring more frequently. Is there are fix for this? Could this be a hardware issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

49 errors are typically associated with a corrupt print job or faulty ethernet port on the formatter board.  you could try installing an external jetdirect card, which would take the place of the onboard ethernet port.
