When I go to print from my phone or laptop the paper starts to go in but grabs one side of the paper more than the other and stops rolling it in so it is slanted to the right. Then it tell me the paper is jammed. Is there any way to fix this without having to buy a new printer? I can’t afford a new one and my kids have their science fair this week.

If you have already performed the steps from the document E4 Error (Paper Jam) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
