Try Cold reset from instructions

If the cold reset does not work, you can try powering off the printer, removing the formatter and then restarting the printer and attempting to print an engine test. In the diagram below, remove panel (1), remove two screws (2,3) and then remove the formater, and then power on unit. There will be no display, wait about a minute and then insert a small object in hole (4) and if the controller boards in printer are ok it will print a page of lines. If this happens then there is a problem with the formatter. If it does not print an engine test then there is a problem with a board inside the printer.
