Product: Hp laserjet p2035
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My hp laserjet p2035 show fatal error has occur, the attention light is orange, the go and ready light are green and all three status light are on together. I have power off the printer and on again nothing change, i tried to reset the printer nothing change. please i need help, any solution please please

Service manual advises the following:

 

Replace formatter, if that does not resolve the issue replace the engine controller, if that does not work, replace the product. Based on the age of this machine I would simply replace, unless you have spare parts on hand.
