HP Color LaserJet CP2535dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get an error code 49.2FA7 when the machine is powering up during the calibration sequence. I cannot update the firmware as it never comes Ready.  I have cleared the NVRAM, no change, I have powered off for hours, no change. I have unplugged the network cable, no change.   I have reinstered the toner cartridges, no change.  Please help.  We are a small business and this is our labeling printer.

Suggest you turn the printer off and then open the front cover and remove all the toners. Turn the prnter back on and when it asks for the toners, press the menu button and go to the diagnostics menu and select the item disable cartridge check. When the printer say ready diagnostics mode, open the front door and install all toner cartridges. Now close the door and the printer will go to checking printer and should stop at ready diagnostics mode. Try to print a config page and see if it prints. If it does, turn the printer off and back on and see if it comes to ready. If it does you are good to go and if the same issue you probably have an issue with one or more toners. If while in diagnostics mode you get the same error, you may need to replace the formatter.
