Product: HP LaserJet Professional P1102w model CE657A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP LaserJet Professional P1102w printer that does not work with Windows 10. It worked just fine before on every other operating system. Model number CE657A.

Is there a way to configure Windows 10 to make this work? I have downloaded the updated software. I have tried HP Smart and Print Doctor to no avail.

Help please.

Hi,

Browse to C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution and double click HpSetup.exe, then follow the installation wizard to install the printer.

Sorry,  this did not seem to work for me.

 

I do not see HpSetup.exe as an option at C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution
