My printer has error code....reflash 12345

 

what can I do?

 

tried the suggestion of..disconnecting power cable 1 to 3 min, plug back into wall outlet...but still has error code

I understand that you are getting a reflash code error on your printer. Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the printer you are using?

How is the printer connected to your computer? (USB or wireless)

What is the operating system installed on your computer?

 

The issue you are facing seems to be a firmware issue on the printer. 

Let's try to update the firmware on the printer. 

Please connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable. 

Download the firmware for your printer from www.hp.com/drivers and enter the product number of your printer to find the right firmware update on our website. 

Run the firmware update and it should fix the issue. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the upgrade or the service options available for your printer.

To be more helpful with your post, you can add key information if you desire: 
1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
