I moved from Europe to the USA and my printer will not accept 65 ink cartridges. I need a regionalization reset code. I have to post on here since I can't find a telephone number to call.

Hi @R00ter20

To complete this procedure, you must contact HP in the printer's country of origin and request regionalization for your new location.

Once completed, you will be able to print.

Best regards

So how do I contact HP in Germany?

Well I contacted HP support from the US, naturally I got someone on the phone that was not native to this country and they couldn't help me. Stated it was not possible to do a region reset on the printer and is against the HP policy. I even talked to a supervisor who said the same things.

Do yourself a favor don't by HP anything ever again
